CONSCIOUS TRIBAL GATHERING 2023

TICKETS

July 20, 2023 - July 24, 2023

Calling Tribe back to the land... we gather this summer!

Since gathering on this land, a truly beautiful Tribe has grown.

"Like a mycelium network we are all interconnected and stronger because of this. Massively resilient, adaptive, so powerful, so important.
Now we're at a junction and we're ready for the next quantum leap in human consciousness." - Paul Stammets

By living this collaborative, loving way, we are being the change we wish to see in the world.

For many of us, this has become a significant part of our lives. From across North Wales and further afield, lifelong connections have been made and continue to grow.
This is why we gather. To continue connecting, building new bonds, sharing love, knowledge, creations and skills, to play, sing, dance, relax, chat, enjoy nature, sit around communal fires to discuss, share, learn, hold, be held, in a safe heart centred community.

The venue by festival standards is small, but so beautiful! The land is as much a part of the Tribe as we are - This size limitation has kept the gatherings intimate.
Because of this, the event page will be primarily shared within existing community pages first to give existing Tribe members first chance to return "Home".

What is Conscious Tribal Gathering?

An ultra chilled family friendly event to connect with likeminded souls and explore the inner and outer spaces of our human existence and beyond.

An eclectic selection of speakers, workshops, performers and musicians to enlighten and entertain.

Hosting skilled and adventurous Vegan food outlets, and a number of unique, interesting stalls.

Set on a private site deep in the Dee Valley, North Wales.

Respecting respectful freedom of choice in this ever increasingly controlled world.

Holding up Tolerance, Compassion, Altruism and Generous Love as key components of our being.

Being conscious that we are all on our own individual path and each have something unique to share with the tribe.

As a family friendly event, we hope that you can respect a chilled vibe with no antisocial drinking and accept a no smoking policy in enclosed areas and around food zones.

We invite acoustic musicians to bring their instruments and come along and join us around the fire!

This is not solely a music festival, but you will find lots of beautiful local music, and some from further afield.

Speakers, Workshops, Stalls and Musical acts are all booked, we will be adding website details as they are provided to us in the next few weeks.

The more serious stuff;

Most things on the timetable are included in the Ticket price, where exceptions occur, this is due to per person material costs, such as the Cacao-Dance-Sound element on the Friday night (info on this will be provided soon).

Inevitably ticket prices have gone up a little this year, everything is going up as we know, or is it just that "money" value is going down?!  Our budget this year is tight and comprehensive. To ensure that all costs are covered such as; entertainment, workshop & speaker expenses, Two 24hr Professional Paramedics, overnight security, sink area repairs, shower gas, ample toilets (portaloos and new, fresh, skylit compost ones we are building this spring), improved access on site with a new gate, improved signage, improved off-grid power system, improved PA, lighting, insurance, venue hire/storage, fire wood, waste management, crew food, off-grid power improvements, and a lifeline donation to SCOSP to assist with their vital work with Albino Orphans.

We remind you to adhere to the T&Cs which are for the safety and comfort of everyone on site.

Please follow the guidance/instruction given by stewards, especially regarding vehicles.

As mentioned in a previous post, Dogs are no longer allowed on site.

Live in vehicles will be largely in "field 3" this year. Please follow parking directions on arrival.

Cars will be parking in the usual field above the venue. Please don't attempt to bring your standard travel vehicles on site without prior special agreement (live in vehicles excluded and will be shepherded on site).

All vehicles on the main site  MUST use chocks on two wheels - if you already have them use them, else select that you need a set provided in the Extras ticket section and they will be provided at cost. Note that chocks are not needed in the general car park, though you can order some if you like!

We look forward to sharing this time and space with you!

Tribe ~ it's time to gather!

Car Parking
If you can travel with friends, this is better for the environment and eases parking congestion. Funds raised on the car park will help us improve our solar setup, so we are less likely to need to spin up a generator to top up batteries.
£10
Live In Vehicle (inc. Caravans/Trailer Tents)
This ticket includes 2x chocks to help secure your vehicle in its parking space. Please note that we cannot accomodate vehicles longer than about 8 metres in length. Note: Each live in vehicle needs atleat one Adult paying ticket holder. Note: Numbers are limited for Live In Vehicles due to space, so when they are all gone, you wont be able to purchase this item. Note: Vans will be parked 2m apart.
£25
Live In Vehicle Extra Space
*** NB: All additonal space slots are SOLD OUT. So I have temporarily upped the price beyond a reasonable level so nobody buys this extra. - I am working to add additional functionality to website to handle this better! *** Some of us love to spread out when we camp, and whilst we'd love to give free reign on this, our venue is really quite small so we have to be careful on space. If you really need extra space, (3m width max next to the length of your vehicle) then please choose this option. It goes a little towards paying for space that might otherwise be used for ticketed guests. If you are in a larger group, perhaps just one of you have the extra space and commune in that space when at "base camp"? Note: Vans must be 2m away from each other as a default for fire safety. This option is for an additional 1m.
£500
Vehicle Chocks
2x Purpose milled, well sized wooden blocks to help anchor vehicles in place. (Note that a set of these is already included with a Live In Vehicle ticket). These are not necessary for the standard car park, though you can get some if you like. They are affordable and useful!
