This is the first ever Conscious Tribal New Years Eve Gathering, taking place at the Llanfairfechan Community Town Hall on the 31st of December 2024.

£33 in advance, £40 on the door (please let us know if your planning on coming on the door, so we can brew enough Cacao!)

What to Expect:

Soul Circle: Share, connect, co-create, feel your power, use your magic, vision and evoke new earth together as one Tribe.
Connect with Like-Minded Souls: Meet fellow conscious individuals who share your passion for sustainable living, mindfulness, and community building. Between each event we have an hour or so where you can chat and connect. You are welcome to sit in the cozy side room if you wish to chat further when other events start.
Delicious Food: Savor a variety of mouthwatering, vegan creations from the provided vegan food stalls.
Stalls: Jo brings her Spirit of Annwn stall, with delightful collections of beautiful items to purchase. We are also expecting Mon Naturals to be in attendance with amazing wellness products.

Open mic: If you have a song, a poem or some such, feel free to take a slot during this time (limited slots available)

Cacao Ceremony: Experience the ancient tradition of a cacao ceremony with our unique interpretation, where you can enjoy a cup of sacred Cacao to open your heart and energise for the dancing ahead!
Dancing: We come together to celebrate life, connection, music, and dance on the beautiful Coast of North Wales. An open-hearted, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening! Expect a range of dance sub-genres, ranging from world music, tribal/organic beats, dub, and then warming up into some feel-good synths, maybe some stompy breakbeat, and a tad of fun Drum & Bass to energize, coming back down with medicine music to soothe the soul!
We have three DJs this time. Our resident DiDGE, bringing in the CTD classics and some new selections, alongside Atman Dao who will be bringing Tribal beats with some Melodic and Tech house, and ever present is our friend Boopah, bringing some happy beats and some modernised remixes of classics.

Join us in celebrating the beauty of life, the power of community, and the spirit of humanity at Conscious Tribal New Years Eve.

Conscious Tribal Cacao - 500g

Our Ceremonial Cacao is pure, originally labelled organic, ethically sourced from ancient Cacao gardens. From a group of small independent Peruvian Criollo Cacao farmers who created a cooperative.

Sacred and precious with a high energetic vibration, Cacao can open your heart, create happy states, release negative emotions, and connect you to pure love energy.

This specific cacao has been noted by member's of the Tribe as being especially smooth, powerful and heart opening.

Note: If you order here, your Cacao will be brought to the event for you to take home with you. No postage option available though this outlet at this time.

Please respect our neighbours that live close to the venue. Especially when leaving the event in the evening.
As a family event, anti social behaviour is not tolerated, if this becomes a problem, you may be asked to leave at the earliest, safest opportunity.
Please accept that smoking is not permitted within any venue building, nor close to doorways.
You agree that Conscious Tribal crew nor organisers will not be held accountable or responsible for any loss or damage to your personal possessions/belongings.
We take no liability or responsibility for any mistakes, errors or inaccuracies made by speakers, workshop facilitators, practitioners etc.

Food vendors, stalls and practitioners are independent entities, any trade or barter is between the two parties alone, independent of Conscious Tribal, its organisers or crew.

Participants may be videoed during their time at this event for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you are against being videoed.
Your payment receipt is your "ticket", please print it off and bring it along for gate entry (or show payment proof email on your phone). If you forget your receipt, valid ID which is representative to the the Paypal payment details will be accepted.
Wristbands may be provided for both full and day tickets, please be sure to wear them visibly and please don't take offence if you are asked to show your wristband.
If you can't make it, there will be a 90%* "no quibble" refund up to 3 days before the event. Admin costs accounted for, hence 90%.
You must take your waste with you and recycle at home. If you've been able to bring it on site, you have space to take it away empty and squished down!
