The Tribe gathers once more this summer, returning to the land to celebrate connection, growth, and love!
Since gathering on this land, a truly beautiful Tribe has grown.
For many of us, this Tribe has become a meaningful part of our lives. From North Wales and beyond, it has enabled lifelong connections while continuing to create new ones.
This is why we come together; to foster connection, forge new bonds, share love, wisdom, creativity, and skills. To play, sing, dance, unwind, converse, embrace nature, and gather around communal fires to exchange ideas, learn, support one another, and simply be, all within a safe, heart-led community.
What is Conscious Tribal Gathering?
Building on Experience
Our 2024 summer gathering felt, in many ways, like the best one yet.
As a Tribe, we’ve clearly grown and matured. Speaking as the lead organiser (DiDGE), I feel deeply grateful for the journey that has brought us here and incredibly honoured to play a role in bringing it all together.
We move forward with purpose, creating heart-led spaces where we can gather as a community—to share stories and ideas, to dance in abundance, and to connect deeply or simply dip your toes in, offering whatever you need at this moment.
Together, we are shaping a new earth of our making!
Intimate Refocus
The venue, though modest by festival standards, is truly stunning!
The land itself feels like an integral part of the Tribe, and its size has naturally helped to keep our gatherings small and intimate.
In our commitment to providing a personal and meaningful experience, we’ve chosen to continue embracing this sense of closeness for the 2025 gathering—a decision that proved to be truly inspired last year.
We continue to curate an event designed to nurture deeper connections and richer interactions. We’ll be gathering in one large marquee, creating a space where everyone can come together as one community.
This is a unique chance to gather where every face is familiar, every performance feels up close, and every moment is a shared experience.
Creating a Safe and Empowered Space Together
As we come together to celebrate and connect, we invite everyone to be mindful of the shared space we are co-creating. This includes respecting each other's boundaries—honoring personal space, emotional limits, and the diverse ways we all engage with the festival.
If you choose to attend workshops or deeper activities, we encourage you to check in with yourself and ensure you have the emotional capacity to fully participate. It's okay to step back if you need to; your well-being always comes first.
Through this mindful approach, we weave an energetically boundaried and heart-led space that empowers everyone to feel safe, seen, and respected. Together, we create a community where care and consideration enrich every moment.
Some important stuff;
We remind you to familiarise yourself and adhere to the T&Cs which are for the safety and comfort of everyone on site.
As mentioned in previous posts, Dogs are no longer allowed on site (this is a rule from the land owner)
Please follow the guidance/instruction given by stewards, especially regarding vehicles.
Speakers, Workshops, Stalls and Musical acts are close to being finalised, we will be adding website details as they are provided to us.
Arrival and Parking
Cars will be parking in the usual field above the venue. Please await your shepherding steward who will guide you into exact parking location.
Please don't attempt to bring your standard travel vehicles on site without prior special agreement.
Live-In vehicles and caravans will be largely in "field 3". Please await your shepherding steward who will guide you into exact parking location.
Whilst we like to accomodate you in your sub tribes, unless you all arrive at the same time, getting camped in the same space is not always possible.
All vehicles on the main site MUST use chocks on at least two wheels - if you already have them use them.
Note: All Live In-vehicle & Caravan tickets includes 2x chocks!
Note that chocks are not needed in the general car park, though you can order some if you like!
Nudity PolicyAs part of our approach to sexual safety, and a commitment to ensuring everyone’s comfort, nudity is not permitted in indoor venues, outdoors after dark (except in the managed Sauna area) or in dense crowds due to the anonymity these environments provide for those who may not be acting respectfully or within the law.Adult nudity is not permitted in the Kid's Tent or on the perimeter of the Kid's Tent area or in the area around the Teens Space where activities such as Circus Skills are based. Please be aware that there is a small risk of picking up ticks (note: we havent had any reports to date), which can carry Lyme's disease, on the festival site (rural wales), particularly in woodland edges and bracken patches. The more skin exposed, the higher this risk will be.If you have concerns about potentially inappropriate nudity these may be reported to Stewards, the Main Office by marquee (Grey Van) or Medical Welfare Tent; ask for your concerns to be passed to the Event Management team.
We look forward to sharing this time and space with you!
