Conscious Tribal Dayfest - "Rebirth"

A day of self-discovery and connection at Conscious Tribal Dayfest, taking place at Llanfairfechan Community Town Hall on the 18th of April 2026.

In these times, it's important to gather and share space, ideas, and good energy, to collectively grow for our betterment and for those around us.

We've called this one "Rebirth", a rebirth of our events and our offerings to the community. The past year has brought real change, both for the team and for me [DiDGE] personally. Growth isn't always comfortable, but it's what we've always encouraged in these spaces, and it would be dishonest not to live it ourselves. Continuation wasn't a given after ten years of the festival (which may yet return), but for now, efforts come closer to home, in our favoured indoor North Wales venues.

What to Expect:

Healing & Wellness: Qigong with Kristy Anne and Breathwork with Tammy Jayne — rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.
Connection: Meet fellow conscious individuals who share your passion for mindfulness, sustainable living, and community building. Between each session there's an hour or so to chat and connect. The Lloyd Hughes room is also available if you'd like a quieter space to continue conversations.
Delicious Food: Nourishing vegan creations from the amazing "Joint Effort".
Stalls: Tribal Soul, Kate Turner's handcrafted clothing creations. More stall announcements to follow.
Cacao Ceremony: Our chosen dance companion is Cacao, prepared with love and brewed at low temperature to preserve all the goodness. We will honour the Cacao, and all those that have brought it to us. Together, in circle, we set the stage for the final part of the day.
Dancing: We come together to celebrate life, connection, music, and dance on the beautiful coast of North Wales. An open-hearted, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening! Expect world music, tribal/organic beats, dub, warming up into feel-good synths, maybe some stompy breakbeat, and a tad of fun Drum & Bass to energise, coming back down with medicine music to soothe the soul.
Gong Bath: After the dance concludes and the music winds down to a whisper, Suzie Price will take you into a deep meditative gong bath in her unique and beloved style.

Ticket Pricing:

We want everyone who feels called to attend to be able to. So we have built a three tier ticket pricing structure for this event. We also have a very limited amount of complimentary tickets for those in significant need, please reach out to us directly regarding this.

Concession - For those where cost is a barrier

Our Ceremonial Cacao is pure, originally labelled organic, ethically sourced from ancient Cacao gardens. From a group of small independent Peruvian Criollo Cacao farmers who created a cooperative.

Sacred and precious with a high energetic vibration, Cacao can open your heart, create happy states, release negative emotions, and connect you to pure love energy.

This specific cacao has been noted by member's of the Tribe as being especially smooth, powerful and heart opening.

Please respect our neighbours that live close to the venue. Especially when leaving the event in the evening.
As a family event, anti social behaviour is not tolerated, if this becomes a problem, you may be asked to leave at the earliest, safest opportunity.
Please accept that smoking is not permitted within any venue building, nor close to doorways.
You agree that Conscious Tribal crew nor organisers will not be held accountable or responsible for any loss or damage to your personal possessions/belongings.
We take no liability or responsibility for any mistakes, errors or inaccuracies made by speakers, workshop facilitators, practitioners etc.

Participants may be videoed during their time at this event for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you are against being videoed.
Your payment receipt is your "ticket", please print it off and bring it along for gate entry (or show payment proof email on your phone). If you forget your receipt, valid ID which is representative to the the Paypal payment details will be accepted.
Wristbands may be provided for both full and day tickets, please be sure to wear them visibly and please don't take offence if you are asked to show your wristband.
If you can't make it, there will be a 90%* "no quibble" refund up to 3 days before the event. Admin costs accounted for, hence 90%.
You must take your waste with you and recycle at home. If you've been able to bring it on site, you have space to take it away empty and squished down!
