Welcome to Conscious Tribal Dance (CTD) + Optional extras

A unique offering by way of popping up within a wider event, that being Conscious Camp which is running between 28th and 31st May 2026.

Conscious Camp and Conscious Tribal share some roots from the past. Gary and Steve co-founded Conscious Camp in 2014, shaping its first events together before each took their own path, kindred in spirit, distinct in expression. Over the years those paths have crossed again, and this is one of those moments.

We come together to celebrate life, connection, music and dance in the beautiful countryside of Shropshire, in the most exquisite venue known as "The Haybarn".

An open hearted, supportive and non judgemental space where good people congregate to share time, space and energy.

Cacao Ceremony: Experience our take on the ancient tradition of a cacao ceremony, where you can enjoy a cup of sacred cacao to open your heart and enhance your experience.
Dancing: We come together to celebrate life, connection, music, and dance. An open-hearted, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening!
Expect a range of dance sub-genres, ranging from world music, tribal/organic beats, dub, and then warming up into some feel-good synths, maybe some housed up disco or 80s remixes, and a tad of fun Drum & Bass to energize, coming back down with medicine music to soothe the soul in preparation for the sound bath!
Sound bath at the end to wind down to send you home on a cloud.

Our Ceremonial Cacao is pure, originally labelled organic, ethically sourced from ancient Cacao gardens. From a group of small independent Peruvian Criollo Cacao farmers who created a cooperative.

Sacred and precious with a high energetic vibration, Cacao can open your heart, create happy states, release negative emotions, and connect you to pure love energy.

This specific cacao has been noted by member's of the Tribe as being especially smooth, powerful and heart opening.

Please respect our neighbours that live close to the venue. Especially when leaving the event in the evening.
As a family event, anti social behaviour is not tolerated, if this becomes a problem, you may be asked to leave at the earliest, safest opportunity.
Please accept that smoking is not permitted within any venue building, nor close to doorways.
You agree that Conscious Tribal crew nor organisers will not be held accountable or responsible for any loss or damage to your personal possessions/belongings.
We take no liability or responsibility for any mistakes, errors or inaccuracies made by speakers, workshop facilitators, practitioners etc.
The views expressed at this event do not necessarily represent the views of Conscious Tribal, its organisers or crew.

Food vendors, stalls and practitioners are independent entities, any trade or barter is between the two parties alone, independent of Conscious Tribal, its organisers or crew.
For the safety of all, vehicle drivers MUST ahere to the speed limits displayed at and near the venue.
Please no nappies, sanitary products, plastic bags, hand towels etc... to be put in the toilets
Participants may be videoed during their time at this event for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you are against being videoed.
Your payment receipt is your "ticket", please print it off and bring it along for gate entry (or show payment proof email on your phone). If you forget your receipt, valid ID which is representative to the the Paypal payment details will be accepted.
Wristbands may be provided for both full and day tickets, please be sure to wear them visibly and please don't take offence if you are asked to show your wristband.
If you can't make it, there will be a 90%* "no quibble" refund up to 3 days before the event. Admin costs accounted for, hence 90%.
You must take your waste with you and recycle at home. If you've been able to bring it on site, you have space to take it away empty and squished down!
